Well, it’s a football day at my house, so that means I have to make the dip that everyone asks for. Anytime I’m having a get-together or we are going to a party I have to bring my version of the widely popular Crack Dip. Now I’ve been told many times that if I show up without it I have to go home lol

It is so simple to make and the hardest thing to do is fry the sausage. I know there are a lot of recipes out there for cracked up-dip, this is just my take on it. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do

Ingredients

1lb Breakfast Sausage
1 10 oz. Can Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 Packet Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch dip
1 16oz Sour Cream
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Pepperjack Cheese

Instructions

1. Cook 1lb of breakfast sausage
2. Drain the cooked sausage
3. Put cooked sausage and rest of the ingredients in a bowl
4. Mix ingredients together
5. Let the dip chill for around an hour
6. Ready to serve!
