Stuffed Pepper Soup Recipe

It’s a cold snowy day here in PA. so I thought it would be a great day to make some Stuffed Pepper Soup. Now I don’t know about you but I never seem to have a lot of time anymore so I’m using my crockpot more and more these days. This is one of my family’s favorite soups, the hardest part is frying the meat and chopping the peppers. It may be simple to make, but the flavors are amazing. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.
